Pengembangan Budaya Organisasi

Menurut Tossi, Rizzo & Carol (1994):
“..a group of people. Working toward objectives, which develops & maintains relatively stable & predictable behavior patterns, even though the individuals in the organization may change. Usually we describe organizations in term of how they differ on three dimensions: complexity, formalization & centralization..”
3 dimensi dari organisasi:
  1. Complexity (kemajemukan): beragamnya kegiatan, fungsi, pekerjaan & jumlah lapis organisasi
  2. Formalization (formalisasi): mengacu pd adanya kebijakan, prosedur & aturan yg membatasi pilihan dari para anggotanya
  3. Centralization (pemusatan): berkaitan dengan penyebaran dari daya (power) & wewenang (authority)
